Our Orga team is full of Kawaii energy! With great attention to detail, creative ideas, and a good portion of glitter, we make sure that HanaCon will be an unforgettable experience for you. We work from the background so you can enjoy the magic of the convention to the fullest! 💖✨
Whether Conleitung, Orga team or area management: our entire team works purely on a voluntary basis, in their free time and alongside jobs, school or studies.
Event Management
The Event Management supervises and advises the entire event and primarily takes care of legal and strategic matters. It does not intervene directly in the day-to-day work of the individual areas, but supports the teams whenever they need it.
Organisation team
The Orga team is fully responsible for its respective areas and independently handles their planning, coordination and execution.
